  • Salad Spinner or Big Mixing Bowl
  • Salad Tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 oz bag Dole Baby Spinach
  • 1 5 oz bab Dole Spring Mix optional
  • 12 medium Strawberries Stems removed and quartered
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes or other vegetables
  • ¼ Cup Sunflower Kernels or other meaty nuts
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese Crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Combine spinach and lettuce, if using. Remove any wilted leaves from the mixture.
  • Chop strawberries and vegetables to 1" size. Add to salad along with nuts and goat cheese.
  • Pour dressing of choice over the salad and toss to combine. Enjoy!
